Samolet Group says buys developer MIC for 40 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Jun 20 (PRIME) -- Developer Samolet Group has bought Moscow and the Moscow Region's developer Group of Companies MIC for more than 40 billion rubles, a Samolet Group spokesperson told PRIME on Tuesday.
"Samolet has signed an agreement to buy 100% in Group of Companies MIC from several individuals," a spokesperson for the company said.
"MIC’s entire existing business will enter the deal – the projects that are being built and planned, including land plots in Moscow and the Moscow Region, all material and non-material assets, including all managing companies, networks and headworks for construction and use of public utilities and intellectual property rights."
As a result of the deal, Samolet Group will buy more than 50 companies making part of Group of Companies MIC, and the land bank in Moscow and the Moscow Region, including 11 construction projects.
